A Research Fellow position is available at Unisanté in Switzerland.

For our Health, Work and Environment Department, we are looking for a Research fellow (100%)
Your main tasks will be to :
- In collaboration with the IT department, carry out the SICHEM project:
- Participate in defining the scope and specifications of the TREXMO tool with a view to integrating it into the SICHEM platform;
- Identify sources of exposure data and opportunities for functional evolution of the model, and if necessary, adapt TREXMO algorithms;
- Analyze tools for calculating mixtures of chemical substances, identify compatible functionalities av
- ec SICHEM/TREXMO and, if necessary, adapt TREXMO algorithms.
- Carry out a project aimed at aggregating models of exposure to chemical pollutants (participation in PARC EU WP6.2.1):
- Help develop a strategy for aggregating existing models;
- Develop the simulation and analysis tools required for aggregated assessment;
- Analyze and interpret the results obtained.
Contribute, within its area of expertise, to DSTE's ongoing work and teaching on exposure modeling.
Your skills :
- Master's degree in environment, physics, chemistry or related fields. Knowledge of programming, modeling or statistical analysis would be an asset;
- Previous experience in chemical risk assessment;
- Python and R programming skills;
- Experience in simulation/modeling and data processing (e.g. Matlab, Stata);
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
