Human Exposure Assessment course on 7-11 June 2021

In June 2021 the Postgraduate Education for Toxicology (PET) presents the first edition of a course in Human Exposure Assessment. The course will be provided from the Netherlands by renown institutes in this field: TNO, National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM), Institute for Risk Assessment Sciences at Utrecht University (IRAS/UU) and Radboudumc (coordinator). The course will be provided online 7-11 June 2021. 

You can expect an attractive mix of general principles as well as computer-based modelling applications and exercises based on real life cases. On each of the five course days we will introduce a different topic:  

  • Day-1: Principles – concepts – terminology 
  • Day-2: Consumer exposures and food contaminants 
  • Day-3: Occupational exposure 
  • Dat-4: Environmental incidents and occupational accidents 
  • Day-5: Exposome with examples of applications 

This course is open to all researchers and professionals with an interest in exposure science and exposure assessment who have relevant initial training.
