Japan Environment and Children’s Study (JECS) is a nation wide birth cohort study started in 2011. It involves 100,000 mother-child dyads to investigate environmental effects on children’s health and development. JECS’s protocol, especially exposure measurement instruments, results and implications will be introduced in the presentation.
