We are seeking a junior researcher interested in the development of new methods for multiresidual analysis, suspect and non-targeted screening using the last generation of LC-HRMS and GC-HRMS instrumentations (LC Fusion Orbitrap and GC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap) needed for characterization of human exposome and its role in the development of chronic conditions. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to build expertise in this high-profile field and contribute to excellence in science.
The research group led by Prof. Jana Klánová develops the interdisciplinary approaches to environmental exposures and related risks. There is a great opportunity for collaboration with the research groups in environmental chemistry and modeling, toxicology, and risk assessment, but also molecular biology, microbiology or medicine. The research fields are developed in synergy with the large European initiatives such as H2020 Human Biomonitoring for Europe or H2020 projects on endocrine disrupting chemicals.
